1. Reservations & Booking

Reservations at Hotel Belmont Naran can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our reservations team. All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to availability.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellation terms may vary based on season and room type. Please confirm the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.

4. Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash at the hotel. Bank details are provided on our website and in booking confirmation. Full payment is required at check-in unless pre-paid arrangements have been made.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if guest behavior disrupts other guests or damages hotel property. Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property during their stay.

6. Liability

Hotel Belmont Naran is not liable for loss or damage to guest belongings. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or utility outages.
